How Quality Achieved?

• The main ingredient of a Glove is Latex. Latex is supplied by St.Marys Rubbers Pvt. Ltd., our sister concern, which is an ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certified company with a turnover of 500 Crores. St.Marys Rubbers Pvt. Ltd. processes 1000 Barrels (200 metric tons) of field latex per day. Hence there will not be any shortage of latex for Medismart Gloves and the price variation of gloves will be comparatively less.
• Dipping line, which is the longest in India and imported from Malaysia, is the most modern in the country which is manufacturing 6 Lakhs Gloves per day
• We have qualified and experienced professionals and polymer experts at all critical areas of production, compounding and quality control, which ultimately makes a World Class Glove.
• Medismart has the most number of leeching tanks (8 in total) in the country for a line of production. 4 Pre leeching and 4 Post leeching tanks, will reduce the protein content of gloves to almost nil. Hence there are no chances of allergy for the doctors.
• Automated Robot Stripping is a new technology that reduces the human contact with the gloves.
• Ethylene Oxide Sterilization is done by a fully automated Pharma Grade Stainless Steel Sterilizing machine. Sterilization with Gamma is also done as per the order.
• Fully automated Pin Hole Testing machine imported from Malaysia ensures the quality of the gloves and enhances the pace of quality check.
• Fully automated Auto Pouching Machine imported from France is another highlight of Medismart Gloves.
• All the critical ingredients and the ceramic moulds are imported from Europe and Malaysia.
• Medismart has its own state of the art laboratory cum R&D center for the qualitative analysis of gloves.
• Pearl Mill Grinding method which grinds the chemicals and ingredients to the finest form produces the best compound for glove production.
• Packing is done in Disinfected Medical Grade Paper.
• Employees are trained by French & Malaysian technicians.
• Dusted with USP grade modified Cornstarch.
